New Member Information

Welcome to Phi Beta Kappa! This page will serve as a roadmap to initiation - it is currently under construction.

Please complete the online registration at the Phi Beta Kappa page - the link to the survey is in the e-mail invitation you received to join the organization. Please be sure to fill out all fields, especially including Graduation Year, Degrees, and Majors.
Also complete the OUSF Information Response Form (link) - to provide information about how your name should be printed on the certificate and in the programs, address information for invitations, etc.
If you cannot attend initiation because you are studying abroad or have already graduated and will not be on campus for initiation, you may instead submit the Affirmation of Acceptance of Responsibilities of Membership. Download the PDF and then either fill it out electronically and e-mail it to OUSF or print it out, fill it in manually, and mail it to OUSF.
