Michelle Donahue Biography Captain Michelle Kenna Donahue graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She was subsequently commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Quartermaster Corps on 10 May 1996. Captain Donahue is an Honor Graduate of the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course and Combined Logistics Captain's Career Course, and a graduate of the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, Support Operations Course, Joint Course on Logistics, Aerial Delivery and Materiel Officer Course, Jumpmaster Course, and Pathfinder Course. Captain Donahue's previous assignments include: Supply and Service Platoon Leader and Accountable Officer (CL II, IIIP, IV, VII Warehouse), Alpha Company, 701st Main Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Kitzingen, Germany; Executive Officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Division Support Command, 1st Infantry Division, Kitzingen, Germany; Battalion S4, 701st Main Support Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, Kitzingen, Germany; Battalion S1, 528th Special Operations Support Battalion (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Brigade S1, Special Operations Support Command (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Battalion S2/S3, 528th Special Operations Support Battalion (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Company Commander, Headquarters and Main Support Company, 528 th Special Operations Support Battalion (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Captain Donahue was selected for the Joint Chiefs of Staff Internship Program in December 2004. In May 2005, she was reassigned to Washington, DC to pursue an Executive Master's Degree in Policy Management at Georgetown University. After graduation, she will serve on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Army Staff for two years. Captain Donahue's awards, decorations, and badges include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with two Oak leaf clusters, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Ribbon, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Global War on Terrorism Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Master Parachutist Badge, the Parachute Rigger Badge, the Pathfinder Badge, the Romanian and German Parachutist Badges, and the Honorable Order of Saint Martin. Captain Michelle Donahue is married to Major Patrick Donahue of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. They have one daughter, Lauryn.
