Matthew Tallon

I am currently stationed in Mannheim, Germany, and I am a first lieutenant in the Transportation Corps. I am scheduled to return to the US on 9 DEC 04 in order to attend the advanced course for captains at FT Lee, VA. I have been living in Germany since 17 NOV 01.

Photo #1 is me getting promoted to CPT on 1 DEC 04 just before I left Germany. Of course, all I do on the job is eat cake.

Photo #2 is me as an 1LT/XO of 69th Trans Co in Germany. We are leaving after a meeting at a popular Mexican restaurant known as the Cantina there in Kaiserslautern. My support platoon Sergeant, SFC Wheat, and I are wearing the appropriate head gear.

Photo #3 is me driving a HET (Heavy Equipment Transfer) at a STT session way back when I was a 2LT/platoon leader in June 2002.
