Hi, my name is Pauline Lim, but everyone calls me Pau, and I am the current vice president of the SSA. I am a junior majoring in Economics and pursuing certificates in Markets and Management and Energy and Environment. I transferred here from New York University to play Field Hockey at Duke and represented Duke for a year before stepping down from the team. I love traveling and have met with a couple of travel disasters, so if you need advice, I'm your girl! I have interests in sustainability, hospitality and entrepreneurship. I love horses and dogs and am taking a PE class in horseback riding (and you should too!). I also love to cook and if you really crave something, tell me and I'll be most obliged to whip it up for you!

Hi, my name is Ophelia and I am the current secretary of the SSA at Duke University. I am a sophomore double majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Economics; I also work in an Ultrasound lab. Apart from academics, I love working in Technical Theatre (backstage work, designing lights). On campus, I am invovled in the musical theatre organization (Hoof 'n' Horn), DukePlayers' Council (Tech Liaison), Engineering World Health and the badminton club. I also tutor with the Academic Resource Centre (if you need help with Math 103... (: ) I enjoy good food (Singaporean preferably), travelling, watching and playing sports (Go Blue Devils!!). My name is Donny and I am a math major in Duke university. I was brought up in the streets of Bishan, a nice place to play basketball, slack at Coffee Bean and aspire to go to one of the top two JCs in Singapore. In my sophomore year in Duke, it is ever more clear what I want to do in the next 5 years of my life. First, and probably for most parts of the day, learn enough of stochastic calculus (think the calculus of random variables) to understand the mathematics behind financial systems and hopefully work at a top caliber firm like DE Shaw or Jane Street Capital. Second, and probably during the night, take my musical endeavors further by jamming at the several jazz venues in Singapore, playing soulful improvisations with my Fender jazz bass.
