• Caribbean Hurricane Relief Fund
  Our organization, Students of the Caribbean (SOCA), has decided to
  start an initiative on campus called the Caribbean Hurricane Relief Fund. This
  fund will raise money for the countries in the Caribbean that have been
  battered by the various hurricanes and tropical storms. There are many people
  who have lost their homes, family members, and their livelihood. The President
  of Grenada and 90% of the homes in Grenada have been destroyed. More than 1800
  people in Haiti have been killed due to the tropical storm. These are only
  just a few examples. We feel that it is essential that we help in any way that
  we can. We will be tabling from November 6th to November 12th!

• SOCA will also be sponsoring a Study Break at the end of the semester
