Return Your Pledge Card and Win!

You should receive your pledge card from your department representative or through campus mail by September 24. If you have not received one by the end of September, please contact Michelle Cannon by e-mail or by phone at 684-5314 and one will be sent to you.

We will hold weekly drawings during the campaign from all the pledge cards we have received to date. All individuals who complete and return their pledge cards -- whether they make a pledge or not -- are eligible for the weekly drawings. Please return your pledge cards no later than the Thursday before each drawing to be eligible. Pledge forms can be dropped off to division leaders or to 403 West Union Tower on Campus by 3:00 eachs of these Thursdays -- September 28th, October 5th and October 12th. Employees can also return pledge cards through campus mail. We are not responsible for pledge forms sent through campus mail and that do not arrive in time for the weekly drawings.

Winners will be contacted individually, (please no phone calls) and weekly winners will be published here, on the United Way Duke Partnership website under Drawing Winners!.
