Duke Players :
Duke Players is the student organization in the Department of Theater Studies. Its members support the Department's productions by running auditions and working on production crews, promoting participation in theater by all Duke students, and by representing the interests of students who are involved in Theater Studies. Duke Players also produces one lab production each semester.

Event Management Department : is comprised of six operating units, including, Theater Operations. The mission of Event Management is to provide management and support services for all events on the Duke campus. With an experienced and knowledgeable staff of event and conference coordinators, facility managers, and highly skilled technical staff, the department is able to offer the Duke community a complete range of event services. The department schedules many spaces and provides many services directly and also acts as a referral point for spaces reserved by other Duke departments and for services provided by both Duke service departments and off-campus commercial suppliers. The goal of the department is to serve as the single point of contact for sponsors of meetings, special events, conferences, and functions of all kinds.
Duke Library : This particular section includes Theatre and Drama Resources. The Subject Librarian for Theater Studies is available to provide specialized reference assistance and research consultations for theater studies researchers at Duke, and offers specialized instruction for theater studies and related courses. Institute of the Arts :
The Institute of the Arts is both an undergraduate program within Duke University and an administrative office that coordinates performing and visual arts activities and promotion on campus.
