Sunday Night Worship this semester will be held Sundays at 5 p.m. in Goodson Chapel our Fall Theme is "Sinning Like a Christian."

Fall Semester News & Retreats
- Fall Retreat to Montreat, NC, September 5-7. The most stress-free weekend you'll have all semester long! Rocking chairs, mountain hikes, time to study, time to pray, time to laugh and sing and just be! Rev. David Wiseman is keynoter. Cost is $40. (Financial assistance available upon request.) - Mission Trips this year are to Puentes de Cristo in Reynosa, Mexico and Nicaragua. They are over spring break. Check out the "Mission Trips" link at left for the application. Start thinking about this now. Deadline is Nov. 1st.
- We have a new intern this year! His name is Russ Ferguson. Russ is a second year Duke Divinity School student. And, yes, he knows Mel! He graduated with an engineering degree in Nuclear and Radiological engineering from Georgia Tech -- Yep! He's a ramblin' wreck! He also has a masters degree in Education (math and science) and several years service in the Navy -- he's an officer. He hopes to be a Chaplain in the Navy when he finishes Divinity School.
