Dinner discussion: "If I knew then what I know now", a panel discussion by graduate women.Tong served on the panel and Heather moderated the discussion. We had a 80-90 people crowd.

C. Time line
There are three weeks left until the Orientation.
Aug. 1-7: We will aim to finish within this week a written proposal about inviting Mae Jemison.
Aug. 8-14: Next week we will go to major offices (1-5 in the list below) in person and ask for their money. Once we have a base support, we will book Mae. We will also print the flyers and send them out.
Aug. 15-21: In the third week we will get ready for the orientation (make posters, etc.), and continue to work on Mae Jemison funding.
Tentative Mae Jemison funding sources: (aim for / expect)
Need $20,000 total, have $3,000, short $17,000.
