***WiSE PC Meeting Summary***August 14, 12-1:00PM @ Women’s Center
In Attendance: Amy, Bonnie, Erin, Weining, Tingting, Erica, Heidi H., Tong
WHAT WE HAVE DONE:
1. PC members signed up for orientation tabling
2. We briefly discussed next semester's events
3. We will print WiSE fall calendar (in hot pink!) on Wednesday Aug 15, 2PM at women’s center.
4. Posters have been made for the orientation tables with this year’s theme
5. WiSE T-shirts have been distributed.
6. A WiSE shirt has been sent to Dean Kristina Johnson as her going away gift.
ORIENTATION SCHEDULE:
International - August 16, Bryan Center (flyers only): Tong
S&E reception - Monday, August 20, 4-6PM, GSA house on campus drive (flyers only): Tong
GSA info session - Tuesday, August 21, 12:30-2:30PM, (12PM set up!) Bryan Center: Weining, Erin, Tingting, Tong(before 2PM)
Nicolas School - Friday, August 24, 4-6PM, Love Auditorium: Heidi, Erica, Tong
Community BBQ - Wednesday, August 29, when? (need more info from Amy)
