I put together a quick new page,
audio.html. So far it just has the 2 recordings available. Tong mentioned recording all future events in Teer. I think that's a fab idea, especially since Pratt hosts and does all the tech stuff. Good thinking, Tong!

Website update
The new mentoring events are up (including on the front page).
I've added the WiSE logo to the homepage as Tong had suggested. I wasn't sure where to stick it, so I just stuck it in the easiest place. Anyways, I've decided that the site needs a
major redesign, so hopefully the logo will look more natural on the new page.

WiSE OWL website
So I've got the WiSE OWL site up and running. I ended up going through Duke's viewflash to get it set up. Trying to figure out cgi scripts ended up being much more difficult than anticipated. Sorry for the delay. Anyways, the nomination form is very similar to the other Duke surveys you've taken before. The downside is that you can't upload files, so instead of having folks upload a doc or pdf of the 2pg nomination reason, I have a text field. Not elegant, I know, sorry. The text field is will accommodate any length of response, but I specified that answers should be less than 700 words (about 2 pgs double spaced). I hope that change is o.k. Heidi, you should get a fairly unintelligible email whenever someone submits a nomination form. We will be able to view all the responses in an excel file at the end.
