An aspiring homemaker, Sophie spends her spare time baking cookies, vacuuming, perfecting her pot-roast, and picking up the kids from soccer practice. An adrenaline junkie, she gets her kicks off the field by jumping out of planes and off of bridges (but PLEASE don't tell her mom, she doesn't know).  In September 2006 Sophie completed her first Adventure Race (18 miles of trekking, 34 miles of mountain biking, and 17 miles of canoeing in 24 hours) officially making her a BAMF. While abroad in Tibet, India, and Nepal, she skipped the whole samsara thing and achieved enlightenment in one—that’s right ONE—lifetime.  Sophie continues to pursue her homemaking dreams, but now with the added skills of a Bodhisattva.  That’s right, Seagal, there’s a new guru in town.
