Finally he gets it

Finally, Senator John Kerry, or more likely his advisors, get it, or at least might have. According to the article (http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/09/28/kerry.humor.ap/index.html) he has finally begun to use humor in his speeches. As a Kerry supporter I am unable to resist being relieved about this, as it may begin to shake his reputation for being out of touch and cold. However, I also wonder, is it a case of too little, too late. Kerry has been portrayed as stuffy and unitelligible for so long now, it may be that only people who see him in person or avidly support him will change there mind about his personality. And these people are not the ones that need to be convinced to vote for Kerry, they are the ones who already support him. Hopefully some other people will tune in and realize that just because Kerry usually sounds intelligent (unlike a certain opponent who shall not be named) does not mean he is out of touch or that he doesn't care. Mabe this will finally be something positive for him, after a prolonged period of negatives.
