PREFACE
The Internet (i.e. all inclusive-the web, cyberspace, etc.) is quickly
becoming one of the largest forms of mass media today. Since its
conception, its evolution has taken place at an unbelievable pace. In
fact, it has evolved so fast that our written laws are having trouble
being applied to it, and backlash against its progress (i.e. technology)
and usefullness has become widely debated.
