Brains, Enthusiasm, Focus!
"They love to run, and they love to work.  They learn quickly and are generally willing to perform their job as taught.  They have excellent focus/concentration and are rarely affected by adverse conditions or distractions.  They have the drive to keep working, the bidabiity to work as a team, and the ability to work independently with direction from the handler."

Structure, Endurance, Athleticism!
"BC's are athletically built (agile) and of moderate size, which is important in agility.  Weight usually isn't problem, as BC's demand activity which helps keep them fit.  Most are slightly longer than tall -- the longer loin area increases flexibility (read: agility).   A more square dog doesn't have this length in the loin area and therefore typically doesn't jump as fluidly or change direction as easily."
