KOSHINO VILLAGE

This is an aerial view of Koshino Village. The picture was taken by my principal. The large square field of sand and attached buildings are my junior high school. We have a whopping 48 students and 13 staff.

The village actually extends a bit to the right and that is where my elementary school is located. Though you can't tell it from this aerial shot, the mountains literally fall into the sea in this village. It's truelly stunning - so much so, in fact, that I find it incredibly difficult to avoid shirking all responsibilities to just stare out the window.

This is the view from my bus stop at 5pm - sunset over the sea! I usually stop to chat with my little elementary kids who fish in the harbor after school.
