Objectives
This course focusses on financial decision making in a corporate framework. It is built around cases which usually embed a valuation problem in a corporate financing problem with a particular structure. This course, in particular, draws on many of the tools developed in Futures and Options. Usually, lectures and discussions will cover analytic methods, institutional background and empirical facts, then be followed by a case using the concepts covered in the lecture/discussion.
