Myrtle Dahoon (Ilex myrtifolia)

Myrtle Dahoon is an uncommon evergreen holly found in wet savannas of the Coastal Plain. It is similar to the rare Ilex cassine, but has narrower leaves and shorter petioles. Myrtle Dahoon is endemic to the Coastal Plain of the southeastern US.
