My Atari 1040ST, what more needs to be said?
My Conn F Horn (not a French Horn, it has nothing to do with France, the F
is because it's in the key of F) the one true instrument. Not an instrument
for the wishy-washy or faint of heart, but only the consummate professional.
It also helps to be slighty crazy. When performing solos on the Horn, one
should always play Mozart and Strauss, they were the only ones who ever
truly understood the Horn, and Horn players (Mozart was a raving lunatic.)
Horn players also devoutly believe in the afterlife, as it is their fondest
wish to tell John Phillip Sousa just what they think of him.
Maybe if you ask real nice, David will tell you about other horn players he's
known, particularly the second chairs, they're always the most interesting
(and more often than not, female and interesting.)
