From February 26th through March 5th my friend Mary
Greiner and I traveled through parts of the South of Ireland.
This is an on-line travelogue of the trip presented for your
enjoyment. I have tried to organize it in such a way that, even
though it is graphic intensive, you can cruise it at your
leisure, leave and come back to it, or move to a completely
different part of the trip at will.
For your convenience, everywhere you find a graphic
of a shamrock, as shown at left, indicates a link that will take
you to a map of Ireland so you can trace the progress of the
trip.
In
addition, for all you history buffs out there, wherever you see
one of these spiffy, waving flags o' Erin as shown at left, you
will find a link that will take you to a historical reference
section.
In any event, fasten your seat belts, stow your luggage in the
overhead bins, return your seats and trays to the upright
position and come join Mary and myself in the wonder that is
Ireland. Just click on the Airbus and away we go . . .
