The Bridge at Glin

On the south side of the Shannon estuary we found the little town of Glin, and this scene. I swear, Ireland is one big post card waiting to be photographed. There is something historical or beautiful everywhere.

Of course, the Irish aid and abet the situation by naming everything.

"That's O'Reily's Flagstone there . . nothin' ever happened on it, but it's O'Reily's Flagstone for sure!"

You've got to love that attitude.
