Autobiography

I started using a computer back in the day. The first computer my family ever owned was an old Mac desktop. If I remember correctly it used oldschool clarisworks as the main word processor. I am most comfortable with a PC however I am decent with a Mac. Before I became a cs major I simply used my computer for surfing the net and writing papers. For some reason now that I have become a cs major, warcraft and programming are the main things I find myself using my computer for. I had always like computers but cps 4 using the Alice environment really made me want to major in it. I think that computer scienctist on a daily basis probably do alot of reading on their speciality. They probably also spend a considerable amount of time designing their next projects and programming current programs. My worst programming experience had to be in my cps 160 class. It was bad because I understood the project and the concepts very well, but I simply could not find the bug in one part of my code and this basically broke the rest of project. The best programming project had to have been in cps 6 when I finally made a simple program that demonstrated recursion. Recursion is such a powerful concept, and the writing of that program really helped me understand it. In the future I definitely see myself writing programs and designing software to better healthcare systems.
