Ingredienti
[ 50 g | 2 oz ] can anchovies
[ 75 g | 6 oz ] butter
2 garlic cloves
small bunch parsley

Ricetta
Buttery, sweet, salty, fresh, and pungent. Addictive if you like startling your palate.
Empty anchovies and their oil in a blender, throw in the melted butter, garlic, and parsley to taste. Blend. Refrigerate.
Notes: excellent on toast, or as an accompaniment to bland meats.
