Bechamel

Ingredienti


[ 100 g | 1 stick ] butter
[ 100 g | 3.5 oz ] flour
[ 1 l | 1 quart ] milk
grated nutmeg (optional)
salt

Ricetta


In a deep pan melt the butter then toast the flour for about 1 minute. While whisking very slowly incorporate the milk. Add a bit of grated nutmeg and salt.
