[ 70 g | 2 oz ] dark chocolate
[ 250 ml | 1 c ] milk
1/2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp (or more) cream
sugar (to taste)
whipping cream

Ricetta
Cavour's favorite drink. Literally little cup, in Turinese dialect.
Temper the cornstarch with a little milk. Heat the cream, the cornstarch slurry, and the rest of the milk in a pan until it just starts to boil (it should be thick enough to coat the back of the spoon).
Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the hot milk. Wait 30 seconds then stir until dissolved. Adjust for sweetness.
In a glass mug pour the coffee, then the hot chocolate, and finally top off with whipped cream.
