Ingredienti
[ 500 g | 4 c ] flour
[ 200 g | 2 c ] powdered sugar
[ 200 g | 2 sticks ] butter
[ 50 g | 5 tbsp ] cocoa powder
[ 50 g | 2 oz ] hazelnuts
1 egg
[ 40 g | 3 tbsp ] milk
pinch salt
vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder

Ricetta
Heat the oven to [ 180 C | 350 F ].
Grate the hazlenuts in a rotary grater (or use a food processor) to obtain a hazelnut flour. Mix all the ingredients together.
Make cookies that are [ 1/2 cm | 1/4 in ] thick and about [ 5 cm | 2 in ] wide. Bake for about 15 minutes then shut off the oven and leave the door slightly open (you can use some crumpled aluminum foil to keep the oven from shutting). Allow to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
