Cabbage with toasted cumin

Ingredienti


1 Savoy cabbage
white vinegar
1 tsp cumin seeds
5 tbsp olive oil

Finely chop the cabbage then boil in water with salt and vinegar (the ratio of water to vinegar shoud be about 10:1). Cook for about 5 minutes or until the cabbage wilts.

Toast the cumin seeds in a pan for about 1 minute (make sure that they don't burn).

Add the cumin and olive olive to the cabbage and serve warm or cold.
