Ingredienti

[ 500 ml | 1 pint ] boiling water
rind of 1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
chamomille (optional)

Ricetta

So called because it's yellow. It is served after a large meal, when you have an upset stomach, or are simply feeling ill.

Put the lemon rind in the water then bring to a boil. Add sugar and honey in the indicated quantites or (even better) to taste. Don't forget to scald the teapot if you are using one.

Notes: some like chamomille with their canary. Lemon juice can also be substituted for the lemon rind.
