Chocolate mudslide cookies

Ingredienti
1 dozen


[ 400 g | 14 oz ] dark chocolate
[ 200 g | 7 oz ] sweetened condensed milk
[ 50 g | 4 tbsp ] butter
[ 125 g | 3/4 c ] sugar
2 eggs + 3 yolks
[ 40 g | 1/4 c ] flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder

These cookies will kill you.

Preheat the oven to [ 175 C | 350 F ].

Melt the chocolate in a microwave, stirring in between 30 sec. heating cycles.

Cream the butter and the sugar then mix in the eggs and yolks. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined. Finally stir in the melted chocolate and condensed milk. Refrigerate for 15 min.

Spoon large balls of batter onto baking sheet, leaving space for them to spread. Bake for 12 minutes, until crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Cool for 20 minutes.
