Coconut ginger dipping sauce

Ingredienti


[ 100 ml | 1/2 c ] coconut milk
[ 50 g | 3 oz ] ginger, grated
1/2 onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar

Ricetta


Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust for saltiness and sweetness with fish sauce and brown sugar. Allow flavors to blend for 20 mins before serving.
