Ingredienti
1 part rice
1 part coconut cream
1 part (scant) water
salt

Ricetta
Stir ingredients together. Bring to a simmer, then cook covered and on low heat for about 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Notes: you can add lemongrass stalks to rice as it cooks. Also consider adding toasted coconut flakes at the end.
