Crostata


Ingredienti


pasta frolla
[ 400 g | 1 lb ] jam (approximately)

Ricetta


Traditionally italian.

Bake the pasta frolla (see recipe) until golden. Add the jam on top of the crust then return to the oven at [ 180 C | 350 F ] and bake for an additional 7 minutes.

Notes: Serve with whipped cream. I like using strawberry jam.
