Ingredienti
2 cucmbers
[ 50 ml | 1/4 c ] rice vinegar
[ 30 g | 2 tbsp ] sugar
1 small onion
1 chili
cilantro
salt

Ricetta
Seed the cucumbers, if you like, then thinly slice them. Finely mince the chili and onion. Add all the ingredients together, including cilantro, to taste. Adjust for salt and sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
