Ingredienti
[ 500 g | 4 c ] flour
[ 125 g | 1 1/3 c ] powdered sugar
[ 200 g | 2 sticks ] butter
[ 50 g | 1/3 c ] corn starch
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp heavy cream (approximately)
2-3 tsp salt

Ricetta
Crisp butter cookies.
Heat the oven to [ 180 C | 350 F ]
Mix the ingredients together adding enough cream to make a workable dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about [ 1 cm | 1/2 in ]. Cut out [ 5 cm | 2 in ] disks and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until just golden brown. Allow to cool in the oven with the door open.
