Ingredienti
1 small onion
[ 1 kg | 2 lbs ] pork loin
[ 1/2 l | 1 pint ] milk
1 tbsp butter
rosmary
sage
bay leaf

Ricetta
The milk cooks off leaving behind an amber creamy sauce.
Finely mince the onion and cook with the butter and herbs until soft. Tie the loin with cooking twine. Brown in the pan with the onions, then add the milk. Simmer on low heat with a lid for about 1:30 hours or until the milk has evaporated. Turn occasionaly. Serve in its own sauce.
