[ 50 g | 1.8 oz ] dark chocolate
[ 35 g | 2.5 tbsp ] unsalted butter
[ 25 g | 2.5 tbsp ] powdered sugar
[ 15 g | 1.5 tbsp ]flour
1 egg
small pinch salt

Ricetta
Heat the oven to [ 200 C | 400 F ].
Scale the recipe to the desired number of portions.
Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave (30 seconds heat, then stir; repeat until melted).
Add the remaining ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until uniform.
Butter and flour the ramekins. Cook for 7-9 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes: Consider serving vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a fruit coulis on the side.
