Ingredienti
[ 2 sticks | 240 g ] butter
[ 1 c | 175 g ] brown sugar
[ 1/2 c | 90 g ] granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
[1 1/2 c | 190 g ] all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
[ 3 c | 330g ] oats

Ricetta
Heat the oven to [ 350 F | 180 C ]. Beat together the softened butter and sugar suntil creamy and pale. Add eggs and continue beating, then add flour, baking soda, spices, and salt; mix well. Then mix in oats.
Drop rounded spoonfulls of dough onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet then transfer to wire rack and allow to cool completely.
