Ingredienti
[ 750 g | 3 cups ] heavy cream
[ 100 g | 1/2 cup ] sugar
gelatin
vanilla to taste

Ricetta
A subtly rich milky pudding.
Heat the cream and sugar until just boiling.
Meanwhile, soften the gelatin in water accoring to the package directions. Add the vanilla to the cream and pour the mixture into the softened gelatin. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Notes: The specific quantity of gelatin depends on the type and brand, follow the directions to determine the amount necessary for 750 ml of liquid. Serve with a fresh fruit coulis of your choice (berries work well), or soft caramelized sugar. To remove from a mold, place in hot water for 30 seconds and turn onto serving plate. Although not recommended, you can substitute some cream for half and half.
