Pasta tonno e fagioli
pasta with tuna and cannelini beans

Ingredienti
for 1


[ 120 g | 4 oz ] pasta
[ 50 g | 2 oz ] canned tuna
[ 50 g | 2 oz ] cannellini beans (cooked)
a few thin slices of onion
2 tbsp fresh olive oil
parmigiano to taste

Ricetta


A simple pasta sauce that requires very little preparation if you used canned beans.

Cook the pasta.

Soak the onion in water for a few minutes to remove the harsh taste. Mix together all the ingredients.

Notes: canned cannellini beans work fine, just remember to rinse them. You could also add a few fresh herbs, maybe a little parsely.
