Ingredienti
[ 175 g | 1 1/2 c ] flour
2 tbsp sugar
[ 100 g | 1/2 c ] butter
4+ tbsp ice water

Ricetta
Cut the frozen butter in pea sizes pieces. Mix sugar and salt in flour then rub in butter and enough water to hold together.
Flatten into disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes before using.
