Ingredienti
[ 500 g | 1 lb ] pork tenderloin
[ 40 g | 2 1/2 tbsp ] butter
[ 50 ml | 1/4 c ] white wine
5 cloves garlic
[ 100 ml | 1/2 c ] chicken stock
1/2 tsp carraway seeds

Ricetta
Heat the oven to [ 150 C | 300 F ]. In an oven proof pan sear the pork with half the butter and the minced garlic. Place in oven and continue cooking until temperature reaches [ 60 C | 140 F ]. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Meanwhile place wine, carraway seeds and stock in the pan and reduce to 1/4 of its original volume or until thick. Add the remaining butter. Drizzle over sliced pork.
