Ricotta pepper pasta

Ingredienti

[ 400 g | 1 lb ] pasta
[ 300 g | 10 oz ] ricotta
[ 50 g | 2 oz ] pecorino
pepper

Ricetta


Cook the pasta. Add the ricotta, pepper to taste, and grated pecorino. Add some olive oil if desired.

Note: as a variation consider blending the ricotta, pecorino, olive oil, and about 20 walnuts until smooth.
