Ingredienti

4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
[ 400 g | 1 lb ] shrimp
a couple of parsley sprigs
[ 400 g | 1 lb ] spaghetti
pecorino (optional)

Ricetta
Add 2 tbsp olive oil then minced garlic in a hot pan and cook on high heat for thirty seconds. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and cook on high heat for only a minute. Remove the shrimp to a plate to rest and season with salt.
Cook the pasta one minute less than package instructions. Drain and place into hot pan with 4 tbsp of water and the shrimp. Cook on high heat for one minute with a few tbsp of water. Toss as it cooks.
Serve with chopped parsley, the remaining 2 tbsp of fresh olive oil, and optionally just a little grated pecorino or parmigiano.
