Tuscan sushi

Ingredienti

[ 200 g | 8 oz ] beef filet
1 lemon
1 clove garlic
8 white pepercorns
3 tbsp olive oil
salt

Ricetta


Cut the filet into bite sized pieces. Pour the juice of one lemon onto the meat. In a mortar pound the garlic, pepper, and 1 tbsp of olive oil into a paste, then add to the meat. Add salt to taste and allow to marinate in the fridge for 30 min.

Drain the marinade and rinse with 3 tbsp of water. Add the remaining olive oil.
