Ingredienti
1 onion
1-2 tbsp thai red curry
1 red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
[ 500 g | 1 lb ] chicken
1 bunch scallions
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 small bunch basil
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
[ 400 ml | 13.5 oz ] cocunut milk

Ricetta
Hot and colorful.
Heat the oil in wok and saute the curry base, minced onion, and garlic until lightly browned.
Add diced chicken and cook for 3 min.
Add the julienned bell pepper and cook for another 3 min.
Next add the coconut milk and brown sugar and bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and basil to taste.
Garnish with scallions.
Serve with rice noodles or jasmine rice.
