Tzatziki


Ingredienti


1 medium cucumbers
[ 250 g | 1 c ] plain yoghurt
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
vinegar (optional)
salt

Ricetta

Grate the peeled cucumbers, add salt and squeeze out the liquid. Finely mince the garlic. Mix all the ingredients together, inlcuding just a dash of vinegar.

Notes: The tzatziki's spicinesss can be modulated with the amount of garlic.
Whole milk yogurt is better.
