Wilted Spinach

Ingredienti


[ 205g | 16 oz ] fresh young spinach
4 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
salt

Ricetta

About the easiest thing you can do to spinach.

Heat 2 tsbp of oil in a pan. Add the garlic, sliced thin then throw in the spinach. Cook until just wilted, about 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients: the lemon juice, 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt. Adjust proportions to taste.

Notes: Lauren suggests using hot bacon grease to wilt the spinach instead of olive oil.
