Gem!"First return and final settlement of the Estate of Turner Pinnell or Pinion made this 5 Oct. 1840"  $9601.25 1/2 (after fees, etc. deducted).  "amt to be distributed among a widow and 6 children, widow thirds, amt equal among six children."  Widow's third = $3200.41 3/4, each child's part = $1066.80 1/2.  Signed by Eliz. Pinnell (her mark) March 22, 1841.
