An individual's preferences with respect to the following stalwarts of American culture are commonly used as a way of identifying that individual as a particular type of person. In order to give you a sense of who I am as an individual in a more personal sense I provide below my history and preferences with respect to these indicators. I also hope, if you have tastes similar to my own, that you can use these lists to find material you have not yet come across that is to your liking.
