My name is Jim Gallagher and I am a freshmen at Duke University located in Durham, North Carolina. I have lived in Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland, and now reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My parents, Jim and Sallie, are entrepreneurs in the Pittsburgh area, and my brother, Michael, is a 7th grader.
I am also a member of the Duke Baseball program as an outfielder/pitcher, and have a desire to play beyond college baseball.
As an athlete, I have always enjoyed the thrill that surrounds a great rivalry, and one rivalry that has particularly sparked my interest has been the New York Yankees vs. the Boston Red Sox.
